Refunds

At Foladify, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand by the quality of our products, and we offer a hassle-free 14-day refund policy. If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, simply return the product, and we'll promptly process your refund. For eligibility criteria, please refer to the "Returns" section below.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Returns

We welcome returns within 14 days of receiving your item. To initiate a return, contact us at foladify@gmail.com. Please ensure you obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending back any items. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received—unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Please note that returns are not accepted for damaged items.

Upon Returns, we don't charge any restocking fee to cover associated labor costs.

Upon receiving your return, we will thoroughly examine it, and if eligible for a refund, we will credit the purchase price to your original payment method.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement.

Cancellations

Orders are processed promptly, allowing a maximum cancellation window of 4 hours from purchase. Within 3 hours, we can unconditionally refund your money. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable. The RMA cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.

For returned items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Customs & Import Duties

Customs policies vary by country. Contact your local customs office for information. We are not responsible for additional charges related to customs clearance, import duties, or local taxes.

If a package is undeliverable, we are not responsible for return shipping costs or retrieving merchandise.
