Foladify Returns & Refunds – Shop With Confidence

We want you to feel confident when you invest in a handcrafted Damascus steel knife, knife set, or pen from Foladify. While each piece is unique, our commitment to your satisfaction is consistent.

This policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations work.

Our 14-Day Refund Promise

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products.
  • Qualified returns are refunded to your original method of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • The item must be:
    • Unused
    • In its original packaging
    • In the same condition as when you received it
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

We cannot accept returns for items that:

  • Have been used, altered, or sharpened after delivery
  • Are not in their original condition
  • Are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer negligence

Please note: After the 14-day window has passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return (RMA Process)

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at foladify@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, full name, and a brief description of why you wish to return the item.
  3. We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

⚠️ Items returned without a valid RMA number may be refused and not processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification that your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the item and policy requirements.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging our Damascus knives and pens, but if something goes wrong:

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival.
  • If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us immediately at foladify@gmail.com.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate it quickly.

If we confirm the problem, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement item where possible, or
  • Offer an alternative solution that makes it right, in line with this policy.

Cancellations

We start processing orders quickly so your products can ship on time.

  • You may request a cancellation within 4 hours of placing your order.
  • If you contact us within 3 hours, a full refund can typically be issued unconditionally, as processing may not have started yet.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled, and our standard Returns Policy will apply instead.

To request a cancellation, email us at foladify@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return items, and these costs are non-refundable.
  • In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return label; if we do, the cost of that label (RMA shipping cost) will be deducted from your refund.
  • For returns valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Customs, Duties & Undeliverable Packages

For international customers:

  • Customs policies vary by country. Any import duties, taxes, or other customs fees are your responsibility and are not refundable by Foladify.
  • If an item is returned to us because it could not be delivered (for example, due to unpaid duties, incorrect address, or refusal), we are not responsible for the cost of returning the item to us or reshipping it.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once your return is:

  1. Received
  2. Inspected
  3. Approved for refund

we’ll process the refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time (typically a few business days) to post the credit.
