Foladify Shipping Policy – Handmade Damascus Knives & Pens

At Foladify, we know that when you order a handcrafted Damascus steel knife or pen, you’re excited to receive it—fast, safe, and exactly as promised. This page explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order within the USA, Canada, and worldwide.

Order Processing

  • Processing time: Most orders are processed within 24 hours (1 business day) after your purchase is completed.
  • Quality checks: Each item is inspected and securely packed before shipping to protect your Damascus knives, knife sets, and pens in transit.
  • Business days: Processing and shipping times refer to Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order is processed and handed to the courier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Estimated Delivery Times

We proudly ship our products to customers in the USA, Canada, and worldwide.

USA & Canada

  • Standard Shipping (USA & Canada): Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.
  • Free Shipping (USA): We offer free standard shipping on orders delivered within the United States.
  • Faster options: In some cases, priority or expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost, shown at checkout (when applicable).

International Shipping (Outside USA & Canada)

  • Most international destinations: Please allow 7–15 business days after order processing.
  • Africa & Asia: Due to longer routes and customs procedures, deliveries can take up to 15 business days.
  • U.K., Europe, Australia & New Zealand: Transit times are typically longer than North American deliveries and may vary by region.

These timeframes are estimates and can vary based on your exact location and local carrier performance.

Shipping Rates & Options

USA

  • Standard shipping: Free.
  • Expedited / Priority (if available): Calculated at checkout.

Canada & International

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.
  • Any local taxes, customs, or duties are not included in our shipping fees (see Customs section below).

Delivery Considerations & Delays

We do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframes, but some factors are outside our control, such as:

  • Global events (e.g., pandemics, emergencies, or geopolitical disruptions)

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Customs regulations and fees vary from country to country.

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged once the shipment reaches your country.
  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
  • The buyer is responsible for paying any such additional costs required by their local authorities.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more detailed information before placing an international order.

Foladify cannot take responsibility for customs delays or additional charges that may arise during customs clearance.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable (incorrect address, unclaimed, or refused):

  • We’ll contact you using the email provided at checkout.
  • Additional reshipping charges may apply if you choose to have the order sent out again.
  • In some cases, shipping costs may not be refundable.
