Handmade Damascus Knives & Pens

When you order from Foladify, you’re buying a hand-finished knife or pen made in small batches. This page explains how we process, inspect, pack, and ship orders to the United States (our primary market), plus Canada and international destinations.

Order Processing (Inspection + Packing)

  • Typical processing time: 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Quality check before shipping: We inspect your item for fit, finish, and function, then pack it securely for transit.
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available from the carrier).

Estimated Delivery Times

United States (Primary Market)

  • Standard USA delivery estimate: 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Free shipping (USA): We offer free standard shipping within the United States (when shown as free at checkout).
  • Expedited options: If available for your address, they will appear at checkout with pricing and ETA.

Canada

  • Delivery estimate: commonly 5–10 business days after processing (varies by province and carrier route).
  • Rates: calculated at checkout based on destination and package details.

International (Outside USA & Canada)

  • Delivery estimate: typically 7–15 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Rates: calculated at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier performance, peak season volume, weather, customs inspection, and local delivery conditions.

Shipping Rates

  • USA: Free standard shipping when shown as free at checkout. Expedited options (if available) are priced at checkout.
  • Canada & International: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method.

Carrier Partners

We use reputable carriers based on availability and destination, including (but not limited to) UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, and trusted regional partners.

Address Accuracy & Order Changes

  • Please verify your shipping address at checkout (street, unit number, ZIP/postal code, phone/email).
  • If you need to change details, email us as soon as possible. Once a shipment is handed to the carrier, changes may not be possible.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees and are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Customs processing can add delays outside our control.

Delays & Tracking Support

If your shipment appears delayed:

  • Check the tracking link in your shipping email (if provided).
  • If you still need help, contact us and we’ll assist with carrier follow-up where possible.

Undeliverable / Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, refused delivery, unpaid duties):

  • We’ll contact you using the email provided at checkout.
  • Reshipping may require an additional shipping payment.
  • Shipping charges may be non-refundable depending on the situation and destination.
