Returns & Refunds Policy

Foladify Returns – 14-Day Return Window

We want you to feel confident ordering a handmade knife or Damascus pen online—especially from the USA. This policy explains our return window, eligibility rules, and the exact steps to start a return.

Return Window (14 Days)

  • You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Bank processing times vary—refunds may take a few business days to appear after processing.

Return Eligibility (What Qualifies)

To qualify for a return:

  • Request the return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused and in original condition.
  • Item must be returned with original packaging and any included accessories (for example: sheath/roll/box).
  • Provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Returns We Cannot Accept

  • Items that show signs of use, alteration, or damage caused by improper handling.
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window.
  • Returns missing key original components (where applicable), such as the sheath/box that shipped with the item.

How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

  1. Email us at foladify@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, full name, and the reason for return.
  3. We’ll reply with an RMA (Return Authorization) and return instructions.

Important: Returns sent without an RMA may be refused and not processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Email us at foladify@gmail.com as soon as possible.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging.

If confirmed, we will offer the most reasonable resolution available (replacement where possible, or another fair solution aligned with this policy).

Cancellations

  • You may request cancellation within 4 hours of placing your order.
  • If you contact us within 3 hours, we can usually cancel before processing begins.
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it can’t be canceled—our return policy applies instead.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable.
  • If we provide a prepaid return label in a specific case, the label cost may be deducted from the refund (if applicable).
  • For returns valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service (and insurance if you prefer).

International Orders: Duties & Undeliverable Packages

  • Any import duties/taxes paid to your local authorities are not refundable by Foladify.
  • If a package is returned to us due to unpaid duties, refusal, or an incorrect address, we are not responsible for additional shipping costs.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, and if approved, we process your refund to the original payment method. Your bank/card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
