Wild Caught & Freshly Smoked
We personally fillet, smoke, and package the fish we sell so it stays fresh all the way to your home.
No Refrigeration Required
Each fillet has been sealed in our Gold Seal Pouch, and then gently cooked in its own juices. This preserves the salmon naturally, so it's shelf stable for up to 4 years or until the pouch is opened.

Care & Maintenance:
- Use these items appropriately. Avoid using them as a pry bar, can opener, etc.
- While not in use, Keep items clean and dry to prevent contamination & rust.
- Hand wash the items. They are not dishwasher safe.
- Lubricate the items with edible oil after each use.
- Do not scrub with steel wool; wipe and rub in the direction of Damascus patterns for cleaning.
- Do not store the items in the leather sheath for extended periods. Calfskin can retain dampness and may bring about rusting the blade.
The best storage is a moisture-free place, lubricated with coconut or mineral oil. Surface rust can be wiped off with a vinegar and lime mixture, followed by recoating with oil for long-lasting rust prevention.
